In case your wheels need maintenance or you want to make use of Scope’s crash replacement program, feel free to file your request directly with us. After filling in the service request form, you’ll receive your personalized shipping instructions via email. Our team of professional wheel builders will service and/or repair your wheels. You can expect your wheel(s) to be returned within 15 working days from pick-up.

Our Service Center will be closed for the summer holiday from August 10 until August 28. To ensure all ongoing service requests are handled properly, we will not be able to arrange product pick-ups between July 31 and August 25.

If you submit a service or warranty request during this period, our team will do its best to assist you remotely whenever possible. Repairs that require products to be returned to our Service Center will be scheduled as soon as we resume operations after the summer break.
