Scope to continue partnership
Tightening bonds with Riwal Readynez

After a successful first season at the highest level of the sport, Danish ProTeam Riwal Readynez is looking to further establish itself among the world’s top cycling teams. And we’re proud and happy to support the team on their way.Riwal Readynez will start the 2020 with 20 riders who’ll race the benchmark-setting Pinarello Dogma F12 with our complete range of tubeless R-series disc brake wheels.

“When we started working with Riwal Readynez Cycling Team one year ago, we couldn’t have asked for a better season. The team has been a great partner to work with and we’re looking forward to continuing our partnership for another two years”, says Nieck Busser, Co-founder of Scope Cycling.

“We’re also extremely happy to see that the riders will continue their commitment to solely race on our tubeless optimized road wheelsets, while making the change to disc brakes on their Pinarello bikes.”

This year marked the first for the team to race tubeless. With only positive experiences and nearly no punctures over the course of more than 250.000 race kilometers, Riwal-Readynez has become a reference for other teams that are looking to make use of the tubeless technology in any given circumstances.

We’re looking forward to tighten our bonds with the team. In the coming years, Riwal Readynez will become a key development partner for us, helping us to raise the bar for tubeless-ready wheelsets even further.

For all fast races, in which aerodynamic advantages are key, the riders will choose our R5d wheels. For all other races they have our R3d and R4d wheels available. It is therefore to no surprise that Steffen Kromann, Team Manager of Riwal Readynez, is also happy about the continued partnership: “We’ve had a great first season on ProContinental level and Scope has been a big contributor to that success. We keep striving forward and are thrilled to have Scope along for the journey.”

The team bike

Riwal Readynez will race on Pinarello Dogma F12 bikes. For time trials the riders will use Pinarello Bolide bikes.

The F12 is equipped with parts from Pinarello’s house-brand Most, a Shimano Ultegra groupset and Vredestein tubeless tires.

When it counts, Scope R5d wheels will make the difference, as will the Scope R4d and R3d.
