About the job

In the last years, Scope has become a well-known global brand with active sales in over 25 countries. Also in the upcoming years, Scope is expecting to continue its exponential growth, which comes from: new products, new markets, and growth within their current markets.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play an important role in our sales process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring a smooth sales process, and providing excellent service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Processing sales orders and managing lead times.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
• Supporting the sales team with data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborating closely with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales strategies.

About you

• To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or inside sales role.
• A proactive and driven mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A structured and organized way of working.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Dutch.
