About the job

As an International Account Manager OEM, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our global OEM partnerships with leading bicycle manufacturers. Your role will focus on building long-term relationships, securing new OEM projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet our partners’ exact specifications. You will work closely with product development, engineering, and logistics teams to align on technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with global OEM partners in the cycling industry.
  • Identify and secure new OEM opportunities with leading bicycle manufacturers.
  • Develop and negotiate long-term supply agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and report to management.
  • Represent Scope in OEM meetings, product presentations, and industry events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.


About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in OEM or technical sales within the cycling industries.
  • Strong technical affinity, able to understand and discuss product specifications with engineering teams and customers.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing OEM partnerships.
  • Passion for cycling is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
