About the job

As a Sales Backoffice Employee, you are the connecting link between sales, supply chain and customer service. You ensure that the order-to-cash process runs smoothly: from entering orders to coordinating delivery. You support the sales team, have an eye for detail and feel responsible for a smooth administrative workflow.

What does a working day look like?

You start your day with a good cup of coffee and check the incoming orders and e-mails. You process new orders in the system, coordinate with the warehouse which orders will be sent today and check whether all deliveries are going according to plan. Halfway through the morning, you join a short meeting with the sales and supply chain team in which you discuss any bottlenecks.

In the afternoon, you support an account manager by updating customer data in the CRM, process a credit note for a customer who returns a product, and follow up on a question about a delivery to Germany. In between, you think about how the order flow can be organized more efficiently. At the end of the day, you update your administration so that everything is up to date. Ready for tomorrow!

What will you do?

• Processing and managing (international) orders in the ERP system
• Coordinating order flow: from confirmation to delivery and invoicing
• Coordinating with supply chain about inventory and shipping planning
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining and optimizing customer information in CRM
• Identifying areas for improvement in the process and contributing to optimizations

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience in a commercial internal service or back office role
• You are accurate, structured and service-oriented
• You have experience with ERP/CRM systems, Outlook and Excel
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
• You feel at home in a dynamic environment and actively think along
• Basic knowledge of technology and affinity with the bicycle industry is a plus.
