30 days free trial & return policy

Because we believe in the quality of our products, we offer you 30 days to try out your new wheels. If you wish to return them within these 30 days, we’ll offer you a full refund.

Please contact us via [email protected] where we help you arrange the return. Make sure to add your original proof of purchase in your email.

Please make sure that your wheels are still in perfect condition and with original packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if all labels and decals are intact, we can’t offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe damage within this period.

If something happened and your wheels are damaged, we do offer a lifetime crash replacement program for your wheels. Go to our crash replacement page and find out how we can help you with that.

Dealer returns

Please note that we can only process returns from purchases done via our own website. If purchased through a dealer, we refer to that dealer’s return policy.

General return information

You may return an item within the 30-day period following the item’s delivery.
Items purchased in the Scope online shop cannot be exchanged or returned at Scope selected dealers.

Any item that you wish to return must be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be rejected or delayed. Contact [email protected] to apply for your return.

Any item that you wish to return must be delivered to Scope within seven days of the request to return the respective item(s).

Defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and specification, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be affected within 30 days of delivery.

Scope is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
