About the job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to build and optimise our digital marketing ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimising HubSpot CRM
• Building marketing automation and email journeys
• Customer segmentation and lead nurturing
• Monitoring website performance and conversion
• Managing SEO initiatives and supporting paid digital campaigns
• Building dashboards and reporting KPIs
• Analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour
• Supporting international lead generation and dealer engagement

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5  years of experience in digital marketing or CRM.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Affinity with cycling or technology is a strong advantage.
