Custom Decals and unique builds on display

The Eurobike 2019 took place at the beginning of September and we’ve been lucky to present our custom decals in combination with three stunning show bikes.

Lester Cycles – Road Piet Parra edition

Arguably the most outstanding bike that we’ve had on our booth at this years Eurobike, Dutch artist Piet Parra’s Lester Cycles Road had love for details written all over it.

The steel frame was produced and painted in Amsterdam by Lester Janssen. The paintjob design, however, was created by Piet himself. As the owner of the bike, he wanted it to meet his preferences.

The metallic blood red tone of the frame is paired with a silver-chrome touch on the rear triangle and fork. Further, Piet spec’d the bike with a cockpit from Enve and a Sram Red 22 groupset. He’s using a CeramicSpeed OSPW System on the rear derailleur, which is paired with a 11-28t cassette.

To round out this one-of-a-kind bike, Piet makes use of the aerodynamical and extremely stiff Scope R5c. Fitting to the subtle, yet extravagant paintjob the wheels feature our custom decals in the Rising Sun color option.

Chapter 2 Bikes – Huru

New Zealand based brand Chapter 2 Bikes provided us with their climbing model, the Huru. Equipped with their components from their in-house developed component line, the bike also featured a Schmolke carbon handlebar and a Campagnolo Record groupset.

The name Huru means feather or rising in Maori. And, in Chapter 2 Bikes’ own words, “that’s exactly what its intended purpose is – lightness for those who love to climb, but designed with a healthy dose of agility to let you rise above the competition.” To fit this purpose, we mounted our all-round wheelset, the Scope R4c with the Racing Green Gradient custom decals.

Festka – Scalatore

Prague-based brand Festka is known for its special builds and this Scalatore was no exception. The handmade carbon frame is optimized for the use of disc brakes and the brands lightest bike of that kind to date.

To keep the weight as low as possible, Festka finished the built off with components from Schmolke and Extralite. Further, the bike also features Rotor’s 1×13 hydraulic groupset as well as a THM Clavicula crankset.

In order to match not only the speed but also the looks of this unique bike, we added our R5d in the Lightning Ridge custom decal colorway.
