About the job
In recent years, Scope has become a well-known global brand with active sales in over 25 countries. In the coming years, we expect to continue our exponential growth driven by new products, market expansion, and growth within our current markets.

As the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in steering this growth by managing and optimizing our operations and supply chain processes. Combines a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights and strategies in a structured and organized manner. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in production/shipping forecasting, inventory management, and team building. You are seeking to commit to long-term professional growth while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Production Forecasting: Oversee production planning in Exact ERP, ensuring transparent forecasting aligned with sales projections, reviewed weekly with the sales team. Proactively manage and mitigate supply chain disruptions to ensure seamless operations.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead the operations team, manage supply chain KPI, and spearhead strategic projects.
• Manage Business Goals: Effectively manage business goals by prioritizing tasks and initiatives based on business impact and strategic goals.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• Extensive experience in production and shipment forecasting, supplier management, and overseeing third-party logistics operations.
• Experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably within a fast growing medium-sized enterprise or/and similar industry, with a proven track record of reporting directly to C-level executives.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Exact) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization, process improvement, and setting up business rules.
• The role requires a primarily office-based presence, with flexibility to travel as needed.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English
